We offer free standard shipping worldwide to the destinations available at checkout, with no minimum purchase required.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed starting on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

After shipment, delivery is generally estimated at 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number or tracking link. Please also check your spam or junk folder.

Incorrect address or unclaimed package

Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email contact@tivelune.com as soon as possible.

If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, or because it was not collected, the cost of reshipping may be charged to the customer.

Damaged or missing package

If your package appears damaged, please take photos before opening it and email contact@tivelune.com as soon as possible, including your order number.

If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, your building manager, and the carrier, then contact us.
